How to apply

If your university has an agreement with ENSGSI, you can come for an exchange semester at a Bachelor’s or a Master’s level.

Your university must nominate you : Download our fact sheet for nomination and registration deadlines.

Once your university has nominated you, you will receive instructions on how to apply by email.

List of required documents (non-exhaustive):

  • Identity document
  • ID photo
  • Higher education transcript of records from previous years
  • Proof of language level

Courses

Please note that the courses available for your exchange semester are taken from our regular syllabus (Bachelor’s and Master’s level)

You will also receive the list of courses available to create your learning agreement.

French language courses offer

Every year, Université de Lorraine organises French language courses for international students.
Classes are held twice a week for a total of 44 hours per semester.
Courses start in September for the first semester and in January for the second semester:

  • 3 ECTS will be awarded for each semester completed.
  • Free of charge for Erasmus+ exchange students.

ACADEMIC CALENDAR

  • 1st semester : 2nd September 2024 to 31st January 2025 (to be confirmed)
  • 2nd semester : 1st February 2025 to 30th June 2025 (to be confirmed )
